Service Description

Our Annual Home Maintenance Package puts customers at ease. You no longer have to worry about the growing list of small tasks owning a home requires. For only $365, we'll take care of everything all in one day. We will service the dryer vent, air registers, return grille, exhaust fans, ceiling fans, sink drains, tub drain, shower drain, dishwasher drain, faucet aerators, garbage disposal, rain gutters, downspouts, slider door track, smoke alarms and more. Services are preventative maintenance. Each item will be cleaned and any applicable adjustments will be made as needed. Replacement parts are not included except 9V batteries for the smoke alarms. Additional services may be recommend. Services available in Lake, Sumter and Marion County. Package and price as listed is exclusive to "The Villages". Surround area service cost may vary.
